Cm Punk confronts WWE's new Chairman Triple H at comic-con in what will be known as CM Punk's Comic-Con invasion. CM Punk crashed into a Q&A session with Triple H. Cm Punk almost got a standing ovasion. Triple H and CM Punk then exchanged words. During the brief exchange, the crowd chanted the name of CM Punk several times. In fact, CM Punk received more support than Triple H.While Triple H was of the stand that a WWE Champion performs in the WWE, Cm Punk said to get the WWE Championship, the WWE has to come to Chicago.
CM Punk has been a heel ever since he cashed in his Money In The Bank at Jeff Hardy's championship. CM Punk is now a major face after being out of the WWE. CM Punk's character now is befitting that of a Straightedge Saviour. WWE writers are also likely to be confused at this point of time. The storyline would have been developed trying to show CM Punk as a heel. Things, however, didn't turn out as expected. CM Punk is a face now. Fans cheer for him more than John Cena or Triple H. It will be very interesting to see how the creative team takes things from here.
