Goldust Suffers Minor Injury

Former Intercontinental Champion and WWE NXT Season 3 Pro Goldust suffered a minor eye injury during a match against Ted DiBiase. The injury occured when the two second generation superstars were wrestling at a Raw's live event in Cardiff. The injury is said to be minor and Goldust is not likely to be out of action. Although Goldust was taken to the hospital for an eye surgery, the procedure was called off later.

Goldust has recently received some spotlight due to his importance in some of WWE's storylines. Goldust, weeks ago, stold the Million Dollar Championship from Ted Dibiase. During last week's episode of NXT, Goldust was seconds away from marrying his NXT Rookie Diva Aksana before he was slapped in the face by the bride-to-be. Aksana then left the ring leaving the wedding party and the WWE Universe dumbfounded.
