After losing to La Masacar at CMLL's Jucio Final, a wrestler by the name of Averno unmasked his face. Averno revealed that his real name is Renato Ruiz. It is also being said that Averno is heading to the WWE. Averno and Sin Cara have been rivals for a long time. The WWE believes that the hiring of Averno and making him Sin Cara's rival will give a push to Sin Cara's face status in the WWE.
Ever since his arrival to the WWE, Sin Cara hasn't been in any major storylines. Sin Cara has wrestled with superstars like Evan Bourne, Jack Swagger, Chavo Guerrero, and Primo Colon. However, he hasn't faced any major WWE superstars. Only time will tell how Sin Cara's career will be turned with Averno's arrival.
