Sin Cara Attacks Jack Swagger, Edge Vs Alberto Del Rio Made Official On Smackdown

As this week WWE Smackdown begins, Alberto Del Rio would have the microphone and making himself more and more unpopular. Edge would promptly interrupt. Shortly after Teddy Long would interrupt too. Teddy Long would then make an Alberto Del Rio Vs Christain match as WWE Smackdown's main event. The winner would face Edge at Extreme Rules. Would it be Christain Vs Edge at Extreme Rules?

Jack Swagger comes out with Michael Cole to brag about Wrestlemania 27 only to be interrupted by the electrifying Sin Cara. Cody Rhodes would beat Trent Baretta. Rey Mysterio would save Trent Baretta from further attacks from Cody after the match ends.

This week's Smackdown would also highlight the tension building up between Michelle McCool and Layla. Layla gets pinned and costs LayCool a match. Michelle not being there when Layla is pinned for the three count is the cause of the tension. We'd find out later on theat they are willing to work through the phase.

The Corre faces the popular team of Big Show, Kane, Kofi Kingston, and Santino Marella. The Corre would lose the match due to a disqualification as they attack Kane.

Smackdown's main event is Christain Vs Alberto Del Rio. Christain would lose the match and Alberto Del Rio would face Edge for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Extreme Rules. The stipulations? It is a Ladder Match.
