Michael Cole used the slur "faggot" while responding to a post on Twitter from Josh Mathews. Michael Cole later deleted the post and apologized. "I apologize to any and all who were offended by my tweet toward young Josh Mathews. It was obviously not meant the way it was taken" Michael posted later on Twitter. Earlier this month, John Cena was in a controversy for his anti-gay remarks.
Michael Cole will be performing at Wrestlemania 27 in a match against Jerry Lawler. Stone Cole Steve Austin will be the special guest referee for the match. Michael Cole is training for the match under the All-American American Jack Swagger.
