A RingSideReport update has said that Hacksaw Jim Duggan and the Road Warrior Animal would be part of the 30-man Royal Rumble match. Surprise entries like these are only meant to add variety to the match as the audience know neither of the two superstars would win the Royal Rumble Match.
There is also speculation that RVD would make a surprise entry at the Royal Rumble. Sources are almost certain that the Undertaker will be at the Royal Rumble.
