TNA Superstar Ric Flair has confirmed his attendance for the WWE Hall of Fame. This is the second time Ric Flair is getting inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Ric Flair is part of The Four Horsemen the WWE is inducting into their Hall of Fame this year.
Ric Flair attending the Hall of Fame ceremony has huge implications. Firstly, the WWE is getting better ratings and viwership for the Hall of Fame event as a result of a rival company talent attending the ceremony. A percentage of the Ric Flair fans from the TNA audience will watch the Hall of Fame ceremony.
Ric Flair attending the event is also good for TNA as Ric will take a few WWE fans with him to TNA. TNA has been always open to talking about the WWE. The Hall of Fame will certainly get a mention in one of TNA's TV shows.
Experts say that inducting Ric Flair into the Hall of Fame is a marketing tactic by the WWE to bring back the Nature Boy. The WWE needs Ric especially after the WWE Network is launched. Several of the videos in WWE's archives have legends like Ric Flair and the WWE wouldn't want to promote a performer in a rival company by airing his videos all day.
